what do you mean the server's down?

That was a day or so ago...

today was eventful as we finally went to Doc Ettner's to find out about ME's rash. Status? Besides "one of the happiest babies" he's seen, just eczema. Aveeno is too harsh for my princess, apparently. So cocoa butter or other emollients...she'll likely end up with using long-term something pricey. Snot. Oh and less detergent...I guess even 7th Generation is too feisty for a petite flower like her. Blargh. So I guess when you smell her coming, you'll know her rash is gone.

Her comment is thus:

worth waking up to

Laying in bed, dreamy Sunday morning, looking at my matched sleepy heads.

Then I remember I have to finish a paper.
Sigh.

E helped me make the coffee.

Stay-on booties? Not so much.

Had on TV for distraction purposes last night. Kudra's attention was nabbed by the baby lions, cheetahs, and leopards.

third and final update

She's laughing so hard, I can't focus. The girl loves hats.

Wow. Three posts in a row, one night. This is a hell of a study break! Tomorrow morning, the work begins again.
For now, the final bits on "The World and Emelia"

Volition and performance capacity integrated. (see MOHO)
military-style. Uncle Chucky would be proud to see it. We sure are!

Italian-style

From Italy, a brief yet special visit with Auntie Alida and Uncle Luca on Monday night (chaperoned by A. Linda) They brought Sesame-chewable books for ME and olive-oil based scented massage lotions for me (and Darrell's back). They're cool and from their region, Toscana. Also, a mommy-charm bracelet! So sweet.

Instant amore all around

Our goal, when I finish this school thing, is to visit them at their Locanda.

dreamin' is good.

there's a lot of back story

Let's time travel here. Not to relive my tests or papers (!) but to post happy baby crap.

First, Aunt Juli's visit on the heels of Uncle Kodo and Unca Joe

Then cool shit in the news

where Miss E said for the first time, "I'll drink to that."

Gramma came to town, bringing gifts for ME and alone time for me and my homework (2 papers were done last weekend! and some major project revisions...wish she were back, I've got a 15/20-pager to do in the next 3 days). Somehow, I am lacking more photographic evidence. booo
but she put Baby in a corner (dancing, 80's haircuts, and big noses ensued). By the way, *I* can't get away with this.
We keep trying food. This time, this isht is bananas...
negotiations nah, Daddy.
drinking problems already,

maybe if I add magical boob juice to it, these slimy things will be ok -- note: nope.
Lastly, ME's impression of Godzilla. P.S., she sits up pretty well now!
